Ingredients
1 oz 1 Taco Seasoning (home made or bought)
16 oz 16 Refried beans
8 oz 8 Cream Cheese, softened
16 oz 16 Sour Cream
16 oz 16 Salsa
1 1 Large tomato, diced
1 1 Green pepper, diced
1 1 Bunch green onions, chopped
1 1 Small head iceburg lettuce, chopped
6 oz 6 Can sliced black olives, drained
2 cup 2 Shredded sharp cheese
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning.rnSpread the mixture onto a large serving dish.
- Mix the sour cream and cream cheese together.rnSpread this mixture on top of the refried beans.
- Top the cream cheese layer with salsa.rnPlace a layer of diced tomato, diced green pepper, cut green onions and lettuce on top of salsarnTop with 2 cups of shredded sharp cheese.
